Annie & Niall | Day After Session | Chickasha, OK

  Annie & Niall were married in February. I was, at the time, about 41 weeks pregnant with my little nugget, so I was unable to photograph their wedding. I owed them an extra session and they opted for a "day after" portrait session. I personally love these shoots because I feel like the bride and groom never get enough time on their actual wedding day to take pictures of just the two of them. Plus, we're usually on a schedule so you can't really stray far from your wedding venue which sometimes doesn't have the best lighting or locations. I started out my trip to Chickasha by spilling gasoline all over myself and then not realizing I was driving on a toll road, I had to throw a million pennies in the toll and it still wasn't enough. Then I had to write a check for $1.50. I thought this was a sign that this whole evening was going to go downhill fast. However, it was actually quite the contrary.  Annie and Niall were gorgeous in front of the camera and the evening was just too perfect for photos.
